ABOUT ME

Hi!  My name is Mahsa. My name means ‘Like the Moon’ in Persian. The moon has always played a significant role in my life; in the form of spiritual dreams, guidances and experiences. I’m a first generation Iranian American and therefore an immigrant. I speak fluent Farsi, English, some French and a tiny bit of Arabic. In our sessions, I will draw from my rich training background in psychology, trauma, spirituality and transformational coaching.

My own personal journey with complex PTSD recovery, managing chronic health issues, spiritual awakening and a diverse multicultural background, inspires an extensive and intimate level of personal experience and understanding in my practice. I’ve been a student of personal development ever since I can remember and I believe in embodying what I support others with. It brings me immense joy and fulfillment to support my clients on their own personal journeys.
